The St. Tammany Parish Mobile Community Information Center (MCIC) will be at the Recreation Center in Lacombe on the 2nd Wednesday of each month unless it falls on a holiday. Citizens are invited to visit the MCIC to obtain information about Parish government and available community services, including assistance with Medicaid and Food Stamp applications.
