Guided by a Certified Meditation Instructor, the class will introduce various meditation, guided-imagery and simple yoga techniques. Open to individuals with a cancer diagnosis, their caregivers and health professionals. Classes meet weekly on Wednesdays for a period of 7 weeks. Participants may start at any time.
