Department of Finance Offices

The Department of Finance consists of the following offices which are supervised by Finance Department Director:

• Accounting
• Grants Administration
• Personnel / Human Resources
• Purchasing
• Risk Management

Our Responsibilities

• Preparation of the annual operating budget,
• Management of all parish funds including revenues from grants, sales and property taxes, fees and licenses,
• Purchases of materials and services for the parish,
• Administration of all bid procedures,
• Payroll and employee benefits,
• Minimizing the parish's liability exposure and administration of insurance claims for property damage, and
• Worker's Compensation.
