The office of Executive Counsel is under the Parish President's Office. The executive counsel serves as legal advisor to the Parish Administration and the Parish President.

This office acts as prosecutor of Code Enforcement violations under our Bureau of Administrative Hearings.

All public records requests are processed through the Legal Department.
