PUBLIC NOTICE ST. TAMMANY PARISH GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY AND PUBLIC HEARINGS Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan PY 2009 St. Tammany Parish will hold a Public Hearing regarding the 2009 Annual Action Plan at 4:00 pm on July 30, 2009 in the Council Chambers at the Koop Road Complex 21490 Koop Drive, Mandeville, LA. The purpose of the meeting is to notify the public of intended activities to be undertaken using HUD’s Community Development Block Grant. The Parish is currently accepting Public Comments for the 2009 Annual Action Plan. The following items are included in the Action Plan and will be discussed at the hearing: A. The amount of funds available for proposed community development and housing activities for PY 2009: $1,098,069 B. The range of activities available that may be undertaken, including the estimated amount of funds proposed to be used for activities that will benefit persons of low and moderate incomes: All program funds will be spent on projects/programs that benefit low and moderate income persons. C. The plans of the Parish for minimizing displaced persons as a result of activities assisted with such funds and the benefits to be provided by the Parish to persons actually displaced as a result of such activities: Anti-displacement Plan available on Parish website.
